Collaboration

XEUG owner network, shared feedback base, and public resource links.

European XPENG owners collaborate through XEUG (the XPENG Europe User Group) and the XPENG Owners Feedback Base - a Lark database I built and maintain with other volunteers.

XEUG

XEUG grew out of beta testing and feedback work with XPENG Denmark. Joachim from XPENG Denmark - whom I was already working with on owner feedback - also knew beta testers in other European countries. He introduced me to engaged owners in the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. We began pooling suggestions, translations, and test experience across borders. That collaboration became the XPENG Europe User Group (XEUG).

Today XEUG is a volunteer network of owners across Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and other European markets. Together we channel real-world experience to XPENG’s product and software teams through structured feedback, beta programmes, and translation work.

XPENG Owners Feedback Base

With a background in IT, I built the XPENG Owners Feedback Base on Lark - the platform XPENG already uses internally. I merged our separate country and topic lists into one database so owners could contribute to the same structured overview. XPENG staff regularly use it when prioritising fixes and planning development.

Volunteers add and organise owner input - including translation for European markets - and share it with XPENG on a regular basis. The links below are curated public views from that database. Most material is in English because XPENG teams and owners across Europe use the same lists.

Important: XEUG is voluntary work, driven by enthusiasm for the cars and the community. Entries in the database bring owner input to XPENG’s attention; what ships, and when, follows XPENG’s own priorities and roadmaps.

Reporting issues: Use the official XPENG mobile app for specific vehicle problems and beta-test findings. The feedback base adds a shared European overview that owners and XPENG teams can work from together.
