Q&A

In the car: Settings → About - the manuals call the same menu General - and tap the version number at the top of the screen for the full build details. In the app: My XPENG → Settings, section Vehicle version. The same screen holds the release note for the build you are on. XOS Releases lists what each build changed.

No. Neither the car’s screens nor the app show the 12V battery. The manuals only describe what happens when it runs low: below 9 V the car switches off the window and mirror heating, and with a flat battery the doors need the mechanical key and the parking brake stays locked until the car has been jump-started.
