XPENG opened orders for the G9 and P7 in Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden on 3 February 2023, at eCar Expo in Stockholm. P7 deliveries were set for June and the G9 for September, and the first XPENG on Danish plates was a P7 in July, as the story on the 10,000 sets out.
The standard warranty was five years or 120,000 km. Order between 3 February and 31 December 2023 and it was extended to seven years or 160,000 km from the delivery date. XPENG wrote that the extended warranty is tied to the vehicle and transfers if the car is sold on. For the owner of an early G9 or P7, that is the most valuable sentence in the whole release.

The G9 came to Europe with 800 V, up to 300 kW, a 98 kWh battery and 10 to 80 percent in 20 minutes. Range was up to 570 km WLTP on the rear-wheel-drive Long Range. The P7 ran to 175 kW, 29 minutes from 10 to 80 and up to 576 km. Four delivery and service centres were on the way: Lørenskog in February, then Badhoevedorp, Järfälla and Hillerød in the second quarter. Charging was to happen at 400,000 public points, which XPENG reached through Plugsurfing and Shell Recharge.
The prices we cannot show you. They sat in two tables that the release carried only as images, and all four image files no longer answer from XPENG’s own servers. The text survives here. The tables do not.
