XPENG’s marketing chief and vice president Yu Tao wrote on Weibo on Saturday 17 October 2026 that New P7 will soon go on sale in Europe, and that the European colleagues are very excited.
He gave no date, and XPENG Denmark has not yet confirmed the information. XPENG has not given prices and equipment either, nor said which countries the car comes to. The sedan you can order in Denmark today is the P7+, a different model.
The remark came as Yu Tao reposted the P7’s designer, Wang Tan, on a comparison of the car’s bumpers and lights with Jaguar’s Type 01. He writes only “P7”, but the thread is about the New P7 XPENG showed in 2025. The first-generation P7, also sold in Europe, is a third car with its own page.
New P7 has been on sale in China since August 2025 and had its European premiere at IAA Mobility in Munich on 8 September 2025. Trims and specifications are on the New P7 page, along with our own drive in the car.
