XPENG announced on 23 September 2025 that its charging partnerships cover more than 2.4 million charging points in Europe and Asia Pacific. The occasion was a new agreement with Charge Plus, which adds more than 3,800 public charging points in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
The 2.4 million charging points are operated by partners across Europe and Asia Pacific and are not XPENG’s own installations.
Charge Plus runs, by XPENG’s description, the largest public charging network in Singapore with more than 30 percent of the market and stations along 5,000 km of motorway in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. The first joint stations were already in operation in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, with discounts for XPENG owners before the end of the year and station status and navigation directly in the car. The first group of joint stations is planned at up to 350 kW.
App payment and the New G6
The New G6 is described with an 800 V architecture, a 5C battery on every variant, 10 to 80 percent in 12 minutes and a peak of 451 kW. XPENG adds that most electric cars on the market take 13 to 24 minutes, but gives neither the test temperature nor the charging power for the cars being compared with. The battery is lithium iron phosphate, and consumption is given as 15.6 kWh per 100 km.
XPENG also promised one-stop payment through the app by the end of 2025.
